Pooja Garg, Manager, Operations Call Center

Pooja Garg joined the company in 2005, and oversees the management of the pharmacy’s call center. In this role, she recruits, trains and manages call center personnel, and leads customer sales and retention activities.

Pooja earned a diploma in computer sciences from NIIT, a noted IT educational institution. Prior to joining International Drug Mart, Pooja held senior management positions with several leading IT companies serving consumer and business clients across India, the UK and United States. During her career, she has served noted clients including Sprint, Citibank and GE Capital.

In her free time, Pooja loves to travel.
