Generic for BiDil* (Isosorbide Dinitrate–Hydralazine) is a fixed dose combination medication used to treat heart failure. This drug contains 2 medicines, Isosorbide Dinitrate and Hydralazine, which are called vasodilators. Generic for BiDil* works by relaxing arteries and veins (blood vessels), which causes the heart to pump blood more easily.
