Cyproterone Acetate–Ethinyl Estradiol is used in the treatment of severe acne in women who have not responded to other treatments. It is also indicated in the treatment of hirsutism (excess hair growth) in women. Cyproterone Acetate–Ethinyl Estradiol provides contraception as well. This combination medication is composed of Cyproterone Acetate (anti-androgen) and Ethinyl Estradiol (estrogen).
