What is Docetaxel used for?
Docetaxel infusion is an anticancer medication used to treat breast cancer. It belongs to a family of drugs called taxanes. This injection medicine works by stopping the multiplication of cancer cells. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
What is the recommended dosage of Docetaxel?
The dosage of Docetaxel prescribed to each patient will vary. Always follow your physician’s instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label.
What if you miss a dose of Docetaxel?
If your physician has instructed or directed you to receive Docetaxel injection in a regular schedule and you have missed a dose of this medicine, call your doctor as soon as possible.
