    Isosorbide Dinitrate–Hydralazine is a fixed dose combination medication used to treat heart failure. This drug contains 2 medicines, Isosorbide Dinitrate and Hydralazine, which are called vasodilators. Isosorbide Dinitrate–Hydralazine works by relaxing arteries and veins (blood vessels), which causes the heart to pump blood more easily.

    In heart failure patients, Isosorbide Dinitrate–Hydralazine is prescribed in addition to standard treatment. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

    What is the recommended dosage of Isosorbide Dinitrate–Hydralazine

    The dosage of Isosorbide Dinitrate–Hydralazine prescribed to each patient will vary. Always follow your physician’s instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label.
