Take breaks from your smartphone
Social media presents a glossy picture of others, you see their fancy holidays, their glitzy lifestyle, expensive designer wear and so on, this can create a sense of depression and anxiety as you would be constantly comparing your life to others.
Go for a hobby
Hobbies are not just a way to engage yourself but also enrich your life and gives you a sense of achievement. Gardening, painting, collecting stamps, music and so on are popular hobbies. Find something that interests you, it will keep you happier.
Get yourself a planner
