      Skip the botox, make these diet changes to look younger!

      Botox may be touted as the miracle cure for wrinkles but why go in for Botox when these dietary changes can make you look and feel youthful. First, let’s get to the root of what causes aging. Over a period of time, your skin’s major proteins collagen and elastin stop performing as effectively as they did when you were younger.       Load up on the Vitamin C
