      Why should you be eating these seeds?

      The top reason to consume seeds is that these are rich sources of healthy fats, vegetarian protein, fiber besides antioxidant polyphenols. They not only help in fulfilling your nutrition requirements, they also keep many diseases at bay.

      Sunflower seeds
