      Never ignore these depression symptoms

      A very simple way to explain depression is that this is a mood disorder. This would encompass feelings of sadness, loss, or anger which go to the extent of interfering with a person’s everyday activities. Here are some depression symptoms that you must never ignore.

      Sleep issues

      Depression tends to be majorly associated with wanting to sleep most of the time, but the fact is that it could be the other way round too. One could end up having insomnia and stay awake for long hours. 75% of those with depression are likely to end up with insomnia.

      Relentless exhaustion

      It’s normal to feel exhausted after physically draining activity or plenty of mental works such as long hours of studying. However, when it comes to depression, this tends to drain both your energy as well as emotions and this may even impact many important tasks that you might be doing.

      Feeling restless or jittery

      When you are depressed, you could find yourself feeling very restless and jittery. You could end up pacing up and down, wringing your hands or lacking the ability to sit still.

      Losing or gaining weight
