Exercise before you eat
Each of us has a different idea about exercise but exercising before you eat gives you the maximum benefit. This kickstarts your metabolism and boosts your metabolism. Actually, even excercising for just five to ten minutes makes a difference.
Stop eating three hours before bedtime
If you go to sleep with a full stomach, it’s likely that you will wake up tired. Not only that, you will tend to age faster.
Avoid eating when stressed
If you are stressed, relax first through any method of your choice, listening to soothing music, meditate, exercise etc and then eat. The reason is that when you are stressed, your body will not absorb any of the nutrients. In fact, you will be surprised that even the so-called healthy food you eat will turn toxic.
Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday to keep your body well-hydrated. There are many foods too that can boost your level of hydration. Fruits like oranges, grapes, watermelon, grapefruit and apples are quite hydrating, don’t forget to add them to your diet.
Prevent eye strain
To prevent eyestrain at work, the distance to the screen from your eyes must be about an arm’s length away. You must be able to read the screen without straining or squinting. In case you find yourself unable to read the screen from an arm’s length away, increase the size of the fonts.
