Do not try to keep up with co-workers
Corporates do tend to give priority to a certain kind of performance. However, this may not work for you. For instance, your co-workers may be able to work a couple of hours straight without a break but this may not work for you. Take breaks when you need them.
Choose a work environment that works for you
If you have a condition where noise can affect you negatively, ask your employer for a seat that is quiet and away from noise.
Working from home
Request your employer to give you a work form home option when needed. You can request this even if co-workers can’t expect the same. However, ensure that you maintain the level of performance expected.
Set smaller goals
Break your workload into smaller achievable goals. This will help you handle tasks one at a time. If you look at it as one big task it may overwhelm you.
If you have conditions like anxiety, depression and so on, certain triggers in the workplace can make things even worse. Keep a journal of things that bring on the stress and this can help you avoid such situations.

When you have the picture of a loved one or a cherished little décor piece at work, it gives you a reassuring feel. This makes you feel positive and helps in keeping away stress.
