Surround yourself with motivation
Post motivation quotes and pictures around you. These are bound to be an inspiration and will get you fired up.
When you get a good night’s sleep, it makes you perform all your daily activities more efficiently. In case, you want to start exercising early, sleeping early helps.
Go for micro challenges
One big mega goal may seem intimidating, so start off with some micro challenges. For instance, if you have taken up an exercise for five minutes and are at three minutes and find the going tough, push yourself to reach five minutes.
Listen to music or audio books
While exercising, switch on your favorite music or listen to an audio book. This will add an element of pep to your routine.
When you have achieved a fitness goal, reward yourself with something special. This could be something like a quick weekend getaway, buying yourself new clothes or workout gear and so on.
Track your progress
One great way to stay motivated is to review how far you have come in your fitness journey. Do this by making a calendar of your days spent exercising and the little joys.
