2 Minute habits to make you healthier
Life today is very busy and we are quite pressed for time. However, here are a few healthy habits that take just two minutes. Incorporate them into your day and see the big difference that they make.
Build a stronger bond
Make your relationship with your partner grow stronger. Face your partner with knees touching each other and look deep into each other’s eyes without talking. Do this for two minutes.
Write down a journal every day about what has made you happy and thankful. Write down positive things about your life as well. This attitude of gratitude will make you feel healthier.
Take off your shoes and walk on the earth barefoot. Feel the earth under your feet. Research has showed that this has improved mood, induced better sleep besides reducing inflammation and chronic pain.
An act of kindness
Do something kind each day, it can be as simple as writing a note of encouragement or gratitude for someone. Do it for a different person every day and you will feel more positive and happier.
Give your water a twist
Add in some slices of lemon or orange, or even cucumber and mint to give water a new flavor. It also helps add in a bit more of nutrition.

This may sound a bit odd but this habit empowers you with the knowledge of what exactly is going into your body. It also helps you make healthier food choices as you learn about different type of nutrients and chemicals.
Boost immunity with garlic
Mince a few cloves of and allow this to stay for a few minutes. This will form allicin, an antioxidant. Now add the garlic to your salad dressing or stir fry and enjoy netter immunity. It helps reduce cholesterol as well.
