Carbs make you fat

Supplements are great at weight loss
The weight loss supplement market is huge and worth millions of dollars. Though they have many takers who believe that this can be a great shortcut to weight loss, the actual weight loss achieved is negligible. It has more of a placebo effect feel researchers.
Obesity is about will power
