What is Amoxicillin–Dicloxacillin–Lactic Acid Bacillus used for?

Amoxicillin–Dicloxacillin–Lactic Acid Bacillus is a combination medication used to treat respiratory tract infections such as otitis media, acute chronic bronchitis and lung abscess; urinary tract infections such as cystitis and urethritis; skin and soft tissue infections such as carbuncles, impetigo and recurrent boils; bone infections such as septic arthritis and osteomyelitis; and serious infections such as brain abscess and bacterial meningitis. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

What is the recommended dosage of Amoxicillin–Dicloxacillin–Lactic Acid Bacillus?
