I have been a customer for many years, and have never experienced any problems. The customer service team (Andrew and Aiden) have always been pleasant and helpful. Given the ongoing conflict in the middle-eastern region, my order arrived fairly quickly. It was approximately 2 1/2 weeks from the time I placed my order until arrival. I received exactly what I ordered as well, a real product, not fake. I will definitely be ordering again.
