Indications

Interactions

Other CNS depressants Alcohol (enhanced sedation) - CYP3A inhibitors (increased blood levels)
Gradual taper recommended to minimize withdrawal symptoms such as agitation, confusion, and seizures.

Withdrawal

Abrupt discontinuation should be avoided due to risks of severe withdrawal symptoms like seizures, psychosis, and anxiety.
