I significantly started to see improvement after the first week. That first week was really hard, it got worse before it started to get better. I was ready to quit but was advised by a pharmacist to persevere as it is one of the best tolerated solutions. I was taking it after dinner and would wake up approx. 3AM, unable to go back to sleep, so I now take it in the morning. It does not make me feel drowsy or tired that way.
