What is Generic for Trospium used for?

Trospium is an antimuscarinic medication used to treat overactive bladder with symptoms of urinary incontinence (loss of bladder control), urinary urgency, and urinary frequency. It belongs to a class of drugs known as antispasmodics, which relieves spasms of the bladder. Trospium works by relaxing the muscles in the bladder. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.
