What is Zeaxanthin–Lutein–Omega 3 Fatty Acids used for?

Zeaxanthin–Lutein–Omega 3 Fatty Acids is a dietary supplement that helps protect eye health. This supplement is a combination of 3 ingredients: Zeaxanthin, Lutein and Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Zeaxanthin and Lutein are carotenoids that may lower your risk of age-related macular degeneration and cataract formation; may reduce the rate of visual decline; and may improve the visual field and the sharpness of vision. Omega 3 Fatty Acids may decrease the risk of dry eye syndrome and may lower intraocular pressure. This eye health supplement has also been shown to be beneficial in certain eye condition such as retinitis pigmentosa.

Zeaxanthin–Lutein–Omega 3 Fatty Acids may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

What is the recommended dosage of Zeaxanthin–Lutein–Omega 3 Fatty Acids?

The dosage of Zeaxanthin–Lutein–Omega 3 Fatty Acids prescribed to each patient will vary. Always follow your physician’s instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label.

Take Zeaxanthin–Lutein–Omega 3 Fatty Acids supplement with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal.

What if you miss a dose of Zeaxanthin–Lutein–Omega 3 Fatty Acids?

If your physician has instructed or directed you to take Zeaxanthin–Lutein–Omega 3 Fatty Acids supplement in a regular schedule and you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember.
